Church In Real Life
Grass Mowing Volunteers
Thankfully, it's that time of year again, summer is coming. The grass will need to get mowed soon. A signup sheet for volunteers is on the round table in the lobby.
Sunday School Teacher Training Class
Proverbs 22:6 says: Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.
If there has ever been a time of urgency in the need to train and equip our children for life, it is now. The battle is no longer waiting for them to grow up and enter the world. The schemes of the enemy are a present, dangerous attack aiming for them now. We know worldly weapons are useless in spiritual conflict and it is important to equip our children with the proper tools.
Saturday, May 21st, 9:00-12:00pm at GHC
“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.” (Eph. 6:13).
Sunday School is the training ground where we assist parents by equipping their children with weekly instruction of the knowledge of God. We need members willing to take up their stations and help us teach the children.
Will you prayerfully consider encouraging the children of Grace Hill Church in God’s Word as a Sunday School teacher? Nikki Pittman will be leading a training session to introduce our Sunday School process and prepare teachers to instruct and equip our children in God’s Word. We would love for you to join us!
Thank You!
On behalf of the entire Schrock/Watterson Family, we would like to thank you for your ministry in our lives during the recent death of our father, Homer Schrock. We were sustained by your prayers, notes and words of encouragement, and the way you served the family during the Memorial Service. From those who greeted people, ran the Sound Booth, led us in worship, ministered God’s Word, set up/cleaned up for the meal, prepared food, and served us all, Thank You! And, thank you for accepting and loving our father over the past 7 years! He really felt at home at Grace Hill Church. Grateful to God for You, The Schrocks/Wattersons

Ministry Team Goals
We ask that each Ministry Team meet to make plans/goals for 2022. You should have received via email worksheets to assist in this planning. Please turn in your goals to the Elders by the first week in February. If you have any questions, please seek out one of the Elders, who stands ready to help.
Bible Reading Plans
It is that time of year again, when we prayerfully make plans for our personal Bible reading throughout 2022. The link below provides some very good Bible Reading Plan options. The Psalmist says: "Oh how I love your law! It is my meditation all the day.” (119:97). May Christ nourish your soul as you feast on His Word throughout 2022!
Get your plans here: 2022 Bible Reading Plans
You will also find 3 Bible Reading options printed off for you on the table in the back of the auditorium.

Small Groups will be starting soon. Small Group is a great place for people of all ages and stages of life to connect. SG gives opportunity to develop personal relationships in Christ for the purpose of helping one another mature in the Faith for the glory of God!
Please pick up a brochure to learn about available groups and follow instructions to sign up.
